After 18 years away from Colorado, we moved “home” to Steamboat Springs so that our children would have the opportunity to spend precious years outside, among the trees & flowers, playing in the snow, floating down the river, writing & creating their own colorful adventures.

We’ve absolutely LOVED being here. Living in the Yampa Valley has transformed all of us - for the better.

Alexander Condominiums - our two 3br/2ba homes for sale - our oasis - has been a place of laughter & tears, grief & healing; a place to discover who we are and who we’re meant to be.

We’ve gathered on the deck with friends & family to celebrate weddings & memorials, graduations & new babies. We’ve sat in quiet wonder as the setting sun turned the sky to flame then faded into darkness as the Milky Way spilled across the roof.

Now, life is taking us on a new adventure - closer to our grown children and to far-flung, unexplored (to us) parts of our planet.
